Service Description
🌙 Night Pack Upgrade (7:30PM–10:00PM) All tours are available between 10:00 AM and 7:30 PM, but for those who want to explore Kyoto after dark, we offer a Night Pack upgrade. (+¥2,000 per person) Experience the magic of Kyoto at night — from lantern-lit alleys to secret izakayas and deeper local scenes you can only find after sunset. ⚠️ Important Notes • All expenses during the tour (transport, food, entry fees, etc.) are paid by the guest. • Tour duration: 2.5 hours. If extended, an extra ¥1,000 per person is charged every 30 minutes. • Please note: If your requested spots are far apart, we may ask to adjust your plan to stay within the time frame. • Let us know in advance: - If you’d like to hear your tour plan beforehand or be surprised on the day - Any dietary restrictions, allergies, or foods you’d love to try - If visiting a shrine, we may ask about recent events or wishes you have — this helps us choose the most meaningful one for you.
Cancellation Policy
For all our tours (Highlight, Select, and Companion), the following cancellation policy applies: • Same-day cancellations: 100% of the total tour price will be charged. • Cancellations made after the tour plan has been finalized (following our consultation) up until the day of the tour: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
