Terms of Service
1. Bookings and Payments
• All reservations must be made in advance via our website or authorized partners.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
For all our tours (Highlight, Select, and Companion), the following cancellation policy applies:
• Same-day cancellations: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
• Cancellations made after the tour plan has been finalized (following our consultation) up until the day of the tour: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.

3. Our Responsibility
We strive to provide safe and enjoyable experiences. However, we are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses beyond our control.
4. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
5. Changes
We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or other unavoidable circumstances.
